There's a horse yard, one smaller paddock with water on tap and a big paddock with a nice dam.

There's no through traffic, and a great community with lovely neighbours that are within easy reach but well out of sight and earshot. You can sit in the sun on the big North facing rear deck, watch the beautiful array of birds enjoy the native gardens... and feel like you are miles from anywhere!
