This solid brick home is set on a concrete slab, and we couldn't find a single crack. Sure the decor hasn't changed much since it was built over 30 years ago, but we think it's pretty cool. There's some great features including full height North facing windows that let the natural light flood into the spacious open plan living area. It's a very pleasant walk down to the family friendly beach on Lake Eildon and if you have a boat you can be out on the water in a matter of minutes. Easily accessible parking areas on either side of the house have room for numerous boats and vehicles.
