This solid brick home is set on a concrete slab, and we couldn't find a single crack. Sure the decor hasn't changed much since it was built over 30 years ago, but we think it's pretty cool. There's some great features including full height North facing windows that let the natural light flood into the spacious open plan living area. Established trees provide shade for the house and shelter for the resident King Parrots and other native birds. You will feel like you are living in your own private nature retreat.
It's a very pleasant walk down to the family friendly beach on Lake Eildon and if you have a boat you can be out on the water in a matter of minutes. Easily accessible parking areas on either side of the house have room for numerous boats and vehicles.
Inside there's plenty of space to entertain family and friends in the big light filled living area and practical open plan kitchen. While there are only 2 bedrooms they are both huge, with room for multiple beds and bunks if required. The home is really comfortable and quite charming 'as is, but of course might want to renovate in the future. It's certainly a very solid base to work with, and a fabulous place to call home, even if it is just for the weekends and holidays. This is somewhere you can really relax and let the worries of the world disappear.
